1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging.

⚠️ We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
  • Posters that have been used, altered, or without original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom orders.

2. Return Window

  • Customers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
  • After 7 days, we will not be able to accept return requests.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In some cases, refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Replacements

  • If you prefer, we can replace the defective/damaged item instead of refunding, subject to stock availability.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong product, Comic World will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer must bear the return shipping charges.

7. Non-Delivery Cases
